Tsk!Tsk!Tsk!

Inspiration.I always acknowledge it unconsciously because your ego can never allow you to follow anybody who is more superior than you but your id doesn't need any explanation.It is a wild beast which we nourish within us.

I am just being hypocrite here while molding what i am exactly feeling.Well,ok.

In Pakistani schools(either high or low)there is not any criteria for teacher's qualifications.It lacks the strong policy for hiring persons as teachers.There's a  school in front of my home.Every morning i hear teacher's voice in her Particular Sialkotian Accent:

"Bacho!yha se yha tk!kal tk!"

Not every kid needs such treatment.We are a complete world in ourselves and should we be treated like this?"yha se yha tk,kal tk?" And i bet,only those kids are favorite who do exactly yha se yha tk and kal tk.What a marvelous criteria have been set by those teachers who are,generally,considered to train and nourish children.What a nourishment!

Leave the lower school level.Let me take you to my own College.Should teacher let the student to portray him as a partial or biased person? It's not a student's fault that he does disgrace his teacher by accusing him of biased.Its something very particular which is missing in teacher's attitude that forces a student to think negative about his "mjaazi ma/baap,whatever" Should a teacher be so indifferent or indecisive that it create distance from students? 

In my opinion,the one who is incapable of distinguishing Good from bad,Creative from Dumb and an Individual from Mob,must not adopt Teaching as his occupation.For,it will produce only psycho and mentally retarded students.Student's positive and negative response is always based on teacher's attitude.Hence,the one,who cannot nourish a child mentally should not choose teaching profession.It will only distort student's psyche and make him  the subject to a therapy.

Need is to know a student.Need is to know his creative and mental level.Need is to encourage him.

Everybody can easily  do "yha se yha tk or kal tk". But nobody can  understand a soul except an ideal teacher.And if you're not capable of that,please DON'T be a teacher,for you'll only scar lives.

Some of my friends will think that whatever i said is an utter frustration because i didn't get the highest marks in spite of giving my best.Well,concentrate on your "yha se yha tk or kal tk" for your lives are committed only to this.Let me think in more irrational ways.Ways which are not crossed by yours "kal tk".

Let me assure,from now on,our ways won't be crossed and i'll speak not a word when your highly qualified  teacher is delivering his hi-fi lecture.I promise!
